1. Ticketing
1.1 This Ticket is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
1.2 In special cases due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure), WOL may investigate each case on a case by case basis and at WOL’s discretion, decide whether the redeemed offering can be refunded. In any case, once a refund is approved, the Offering will only be refunded back to the original membership account in WOL points.
1.3 This Ticket is valid only on the specified date and time printed on the ticket. Any resale of the Ticket is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Ticket holders must present their membership QR code or confirmation email upon verification.
1.5 Our Terms and Conditions are drafted in the English language. If this Agreement is translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Purchase Order
2.1 The advertising of a product and or service-related offering on our platform constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.
2.2 Our acceptance of your purchase shall take place when you receive a confirmation email. Offerings are subject to availability. If we are unable to accept your order, we shall inform you of this and not deduct WOL points from your balance or any credit/debit card payments.
2.3 Purchases made for a product or service-related offering shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance to WOL Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy which are available online at www.wisdomofliving.com. WOL reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2.4 We may also from time to time include advertising material and/or promotions of third parties and links to their platforms. These third party sites will also be subject to additional terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the contents of any third party platform. In each case, please ensure you have read such terms and conditions before making such purchases, using the platform or submitting any personal data.

Disclaimer
WOL excludes all liability in respect of the quality of any service-related Offering. While we carefully select our Experience Partners, we cannot guarantee that any service-related Offering will be provided with reasonable skill and care. The relevant Experience Partner will be solely and exclusively liable for any loss or damage you or any party suffers on their premises and/or when you are redeeming an Offering (including any events and experiences), and WOL excludes all liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
