Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 This product is non-transferrable. In the case where goods have been delivered damaged or the incorrect item delivered, our partner Buyandship will issue a full refund in WOL points equivalent to the purchase value ($1HKD = 1 WOL point) to your account. For a transaction with a value of over $5,000 HKD and paid by credit card, a refund to the credit card can be requested as an exceptional handling. If such an request is not initiated within 30 days of the date of WOL’s approval of the refund, then the full transaction amount will be returned and deposited to your account in WOL points ($1HKD = 1 WOL point) by default. Credit card refunds will be processed within 30 - 45 days.
1.2 Returns and exchanges will be processed at no extra cost. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
1.4 By submitting an enquiry for this service you are agreeing to allow WOL and Buyandship contact you by WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide us with a valid WhatsApp number to contact you to process this order.
1.5 Our Terms and Conditions are drafted in the English language. If this Agreement is translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Purchase Order
2.1 The advertising of a product and/or service-related offering on our platform constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.
2.2 Our acceptance of your purchase shall take place when you receive a confirmation email. Offerings are subject to availability. If we are unable to accept or procure your order, we shall inform you and we will not deduct WOL points from your balance or any credit/debit card payments.
2.3 Purchases made for a product or service-related offering shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance to WOL Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy which are available online at
www.wisdomofliving.com. WOL reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2.4 We may also from time to time include advertising material and/or promotions of third parties and links to their platforms. These third party sites will also be subject to additional terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the contents of any third party platform. In each case, please ensure you have read such terms and conditions before making such purchases, using the platform or submitting any personal data.

Shipping and delivery of goods sold will be handled by Buyandship. Order procurement, packing orders, shipping and logistics are the sole responsibility of Buyandship and WOL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained in the process.
