The celebratory feast includes eight-courses of Head Chef Tam Tung's all-time favourites: Yat Tung Heen's signature honey-glazed barbecued pork, tiger prawns with crab roe sauce, braised pork belly with 10-head abalone, roasted suckling pig stuffed with fresh crab meat, steamed garoupa fillet with Yunnan ham, and more.
