For the first time ever, Ming Court, Wanchai is working with The Glenrothes to create a customized menu to amaze those fastidious taste buds. Different vintage whiskies will be paired with dim sum, seafood, vegetables, soup, and signature fried rice that will blow away any doubt that gourmet Chinese cuisine cannot be paired with dignified whisky.

About The Partners
Since 1879, The Glenrothes distillery in the Speyside town of Rothes has quietly and carefully produced remarkable single malt whisky. Today we make our whisky the same way as we always have. We draw water from five water sources located on our estate and use it throughout production, including as part of our particularly slow distillation process which shapes the distinctive style and character of the spirit. We conclude with maturation in sherry seasoned oak casks from the Jerez region in Southern Spain, a defining feature of The Glenrothes single malt Scotch whisky. Our whiskies are consistently made with absolute care by those who truly know what it takes to make great whisky. We are committed to creating single malt whisky of the highest quality.
Ming Court, Wanchai promises to be the epitome of fine Chinese cuisine, serving culinary presentations that showcase an artful balance of modern palates with traditional Cantonese craftsmanship.
With elegantly contemporary interiors, beautifully accented with Oriental motifs, the restaurant will be led by Culinary Director Tsang Chiu King, previously of Michelin-starred Ming Court in the former Langham Place, Mongkok (now Cordis, Hong Kong). Guests may look forward to a refined dining experience underpinned by authentic Cantonese culinary techniques using the best produce sourced globally. An elevated dining experience is specifically designed with a curated selection of quality wines, sake and premium tea pairings at Ming Court, Wanchai. Chef’s Table for 8-10 guests in the private dining room features a large window looking into the kitchen, enabling guests to enjoy live cooking demonstration by chefs, detailed explanation of the ingredients and interaction to complete the bespoke multi-sensory dining experience. Seasonal pairing and tailor-made menu are also available.
Terms and Conditions
1.1 This Ticket is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
1.2 In special cases due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure), WOL may investigate each case on a case by case basis and at WOL’s discretion, decide whether the redeemed offering can be refunded. In any case, once a refund is approved, the Offering will only be refunded back to the original membership account in WOL points.
1.3 This Ticket is valid only on the specified date and time printed on the ticket. Any resale of the Ticket is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Ticket holders must present their membership QR code or confirmation email upon verification.
1.5 Our Terms and Conditions are drafted in the English language. If this Agreement is translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
2. Purchase Order
2.1 The advertising of a product and or service-related offering on our platform constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.
2.2 Our acceptance of your purchase shall take place when you receive a confirmation email. Offerings are subject to availability. If we are unable to accept your order, we shall inform you of this and not deduct WOL points from your balance or any credit/debit card payments.

WOL excludes all liability in respect of the quality of any service-related Offering. While we carefully select our Experience Partners, we cannot guarantee that any service-related Offering will be provided with reasonable skill and care. The relevant Experience Partner will be solely and exclusively liable for any loss or damage you or any party suffers on their premises and/or when you are redeeming an Offering (including any events and experiences), and WOL excludes all liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.
